PITTSBURGH, April 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — International Matthews Society (NASDAQ GSM: MATW) announced that its Board of Directors at its regularly scheduled meeting today declared a dividend of $0.22 per share on the company’s common stock.

The dividend is payable on May 23, 2022 to shareholders of record on May 9, 2022.
